The entire staff was so welcoming and professional.From the moment I walked in I was treated with kindness and care. Also I got a Hair Spa and colour from Mr. SAMEER and he did an incredible job. He took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. I highly recommend B Plus Professional Salon (St. Agnes Road) to anyone looking for top-notch service.

Very bad experience! I went to this salon for a face clean-up, but the staff convinced me to opt for a de-tanning treatment instead, saying the clean-up had only two steps. I agreed, but based on my knowledge and research, a proper de-tanning process involves at least five steps. However, all they did was clean my face, apply a mask for 10 minutes, and then say it was done. I paid 600 for absolutely nothing--just a face mask! Not only did they manipulate me into changing my choice, but they also cut corners on the service. Total waste of money!

Had an amazing experience ... very professional. They listened to what I wanted and gave me a haircut that exceeded my expectations. The attention to detail was impressive, and they made sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. The salon was clean, modern, and had a relaxing atmosphere. I left feeling refreshed and confident with my new look. Definitely recommend this place.

Excellent service!! Right from the front desk to the hair stylist Mr Raju, the entire staff is very courteous and welcoming. Mr Raju has done a fantastic job at cutting and styling my hair. I highly recommend Mr.Raju from B plus if you are looking for a haircut and colouring to make your day.It greatly changed my look.Mr.raju is humble,very professional and you can see his precision and dedication in his work.He asks for your idea of what you want and also suggests what might look good on you interms of what are your needs.Overall I am very happy and loved the way he did colour my hair n the special look thank you for that Raju Bhai.The salon itself is clean and even washrooms are neat and hygenic.

PEDICURE CAUSED FUNGAL INFECTION ! I have been a loyal customer of this outlet since it opened, always speaking highly of the staff and recommending it to friends and family. However, despite my years of love for this place, I can no longer stay silent about my recent experience. I went in for a pedicure and left traumatised. The staff member who handled my pedicure did a careless job leaving behind dead skin, damaging my skin barrier, and rushing through the process. She even assured me that my nail paint was dry when it clearly wasn't, forcing me to wear my footwear too soon. She wanted me out of that chair. When I raised my concerns with the owner about the poor service and wasted money, he did nothing to address the issue. That alone was disappointing, but unfortunately, things got much worse. A few days later, I noticed my skin around the nails looking abnormal scaling, extreme itching, and worsening with time. Concerned, I visited a doctor, who confirmed my worst fear: a fungal infection caused by the pedicure. I had already been uneasy about the condition of the tools used, but I trusted this place with my whole heart. It's heartbreaking to see that a salon I once loved has caused me so much pain. I'm sharing this not out of spite, but to warn others. Hygiene should be a top priority, and no customer should have to go through what I did. I truly hope the management takes responsibility and ensures better practices before more people suffer.

Good parlour in Bendur...extremely happy & satisfied with my blunt cut since I have short hair...The hair stylist Raju is truly a hair specialist! Recommend visiting this unisex salon especially for those wanting to cut or trim their short hair
