Cut and Curls professional Unisex Salon

Im daksha..Extremely Disappointed with the Service and worst Behavior I got my hair smoothing treatment done on Saturday, the 10th. Before visiting the salon, I saw their Instagram post promoting an offer of 3499 for any hair length. To confirm, I even messaged them asking if it was truly for any length, and they replied, "Yes ma'am." However, when I visited the salon, they asked for more money, claiming it was because of my hair volume and the use of higher quality cream. I was shocked because none of this was mentioned in the post. There was no information about additional charges for hair volume or hair condition. I trusted them because of their good reviews, and since I was in a hurry, I went ahead with the treatment. After the treatment, I messaged them to ask about the first wash. They told me I would have to pay 500, which surprised me because most salons in Mangalore offer the first wash free after a treatment. Today, I did my first wash using the L'Oreal Xtenso shampoo and conditioner--the same products their staff recommended ( the stuff behaviour Good ). After the wash, one side of my hair got damaged.another side okay . I was very hurt and messaged them saying, "What the hell have you done to my hair? Why didn't you clearly mention the extra charges for hair volume and hair condition? Do you expect people to understand everything from a small asterisk mark?" I also noticed they had deleted my comment from their Instagram post. When I raised these concerns, I was scolded and blamed. One of them even said, "This is my post. I'll post whatever I want. You're just one client--who will care about your opinion?" I was shocked and deeply hurt. They also accused me of using a cheap 1 shampoo and said I had damaged my hair ... And I am doing all this purposefully. Seriously? Later that night, someone from the salon called me the saloon owner and started shouting and using abusive language. And I also scold with him because I got pain. I don't even know who the person was. He used one bad word (Bevarsi) This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Deleting genuine feedback and insulting customers is not how any professional salon should behave. It's clear now--they just want to fool people again and again.

Even though It's a recently opened Unisex Salon In Mangalore city, the staff working here are well experienced and Experts in their respective fields. I personally had a Haircut and Beard setting. The staff was very Good. He listened to what I wanted for myself and he also gave me some suggestions regarding the hairstyle I wanted. My friend did her Botox hair treatment. Which we decided to do as they were having some pretty good offers. So I recommend everyone to follow their insta page and check out their exciting offers. For hair treatment we need to take a prior appointment. It took us around 6 hours for this treatment. My experience here was great. Since I was waiting for my friend they offered me water as well as Coffee and they play soothing music to entertain you. Once the treatment is done; they also have hair products which you have to use after the Botox hair treatment. All the products which they are selling over here are the standard once and are well priced. I want to thank their staff Mr. Asif , Ms Anjum, Mr Kasim. I also want to appreciate Mrs Lavanya for her amazing service and for having such a professional team with her. I will definitely recommend this place for all types of hair care services.

I did smoothening two days ago. They mentioned "for any length" in the post, but when I visited, they asked for extra payment. That's fine--I went ahead because they claimed to be professionals and said they were using high-quality products. But now, when I asked about the first hair wash, they're asking for an extra charge again. They never mentioned this when I got the smoothening done. It's been the worst experience ever.

I had recently visited cut and curls saloon for Nanoplastia hair treatment ..I must say the best decision I have ever made ..Their services are highly professional ..I was treated by Yasmin who was very kind and caring ..Her dedication towards the work was highly exceptional..from Starting till the end she handled with great care . many thanks to her ..The owner Lavanya is also very kind and honest in her profession . Overall a best saloon with great ambience and good hygiene ..I highly recommend this saloon ..

I had a wonderful experience at Cut & Curls. Kasim was an amazing stylist superb in his work!He took the time to understand exactly what I wanted, remained focused while working, yet was warm and easy to talk to. He made me feel very comfortable,and my hair looks incredible.The best it has in years! I'm extremely satisfied with my experience and will definitely be coming back to Cut & Curls.

The staff is very smiley and adorable they honestly made my day .i laughed so much that my stomach hurt . They're very good with what they do Super nice super friendly and extremely talented I loved my haircut from jasmine
