The worse haircut ive ever had ...a haircut can never look this bad Like ppl are literally asking me what went wrong with the haircut Told the hairstylist to just trim my hair instead she cut it so short like a bob and acted like she is not at fault Ive been going to heaven rose in the past years for haircut and they never disappointed , but today was my worse experience. Please keep skilled staff

It was a great experience. Naeem did my haircut and he has given best effort to make it and he did it well. The interior was really great. Chair also has two cushions, wo it feels comfortable. The total price for the haircut and beard was Rs. 500/-. Hair wash is complementary. One thing I didn't like is that, they didn't use premium brands for setting the hair. I felt little bit expensive. They provide complete service. They also provide wigs and hair patch for bald person. They do their work very professionally. I should recommend them to use some good brands after haircut to set the hair. I am very much concern about my hairstyle as I have very thin hair. So, most of the salon disappoints me. It totally depends on the barber you get and if you are unlucky then you might won't get the good barber. I would definitely recommend this place, if you are looking for a good salon. Heaven rose city Center is my go to salon. Been a loyal customer from almost 8 years. Never went to any other salon. They give you the best experience with top notch service. Jaroon is doing my haircut for more than 5 years. He is very polite and very good with whatever he does. Just trust me they are good at what they do. Do visit.

I got gel nail paint done . Worst experience. Golden shade started chipping off on same day. I had pain over cuticles after the procedure . Very disappointing !!!!

Visited the salon for a Nasal grooming. The service was done properly, but the overall experience felt a bit rushed and impersonal. A bit more attention to customer care would go a long way

Loved the service at Heaven Rose. Sumit handled my damaged hair very professionally. I see 80% improvement in my hair after getting treated by Sumit. Other services like pedicure, manicure and facial were good too.

Being going for Hair protein treatment from past 4 years. No doubt on their product and quality but the price increases every year like Delhi's air pollution. This time they said only 10% increased and after treatment found more than that, it was increased by 55.56%. Manicure I did regular one and paid almost Rs. 920 for which I did shaping of my nails myself seeing as it wasn't done properly , they just applied scrub and cleant my nails. In my town the charge 400 Rs. And they do much better job. Nail polish was of low quality .

I have been visiting this place for the past three years. Recently, I went there for a haircut, which turned out to be an unpleasant experience. The person attending to me handled my hair roughly and was frequently attending personal calls. To make matters worse, while styling my hair, they burnt my scalp with excessive heat. DISAPPOINTED!!
