sahilu &sahil are the wonder hair artist...they did a mindblowing job converted my frizy problematic hair in silky and smooth.. i did botox from there. The customer service is 5 star satisfied customer i am . I do recommend there to go for hair treatment

I wish I could give this place zero stars. My experience at Loft was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. I went in for a haircolor and their treatment was the worst. The products they used was really cheap and damaging - the color changed within 2 weeks, leaving my hair incredibly dry and damaged. The owner and staff was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. I was treated with complete disrespect, and when I tried to express my concerns, I was met with dismissive and argumentative behavior. It was clear they have no concept of customer service. Even after causing this much damage, there was no follow-up or attempt to rectify the situation. I contacted them to complain, and they completely ignored me. This salon is a complete fraud, and they clearly don't care about their customers or the quality of their work. Do yourself a favor and AVOID this place for any treatment at all costs.

I went to this saloon for a haircut at first I was asked to wait since the staff was busy after waiting for almost a hour and a half I was asked to wait for sometime more. I was seriously disappointed with the service, and the way the staff was raising voice and showing rudeness to a client and their colleagues, it was really unprofessional. This is not how the clients are supposed to be treated, and at the end the client was blamed for the mistake of the staff. This was totally a bad experience. I would not recommend anyone to go here

Loved my hair and facial treatments! My hair feels soft and healthy, and my skin is glowing. The staff was friendly and professional. Great experience--I'll definitely be back!
