Shine Beauty Care Parlour, Derebail

Had the worst experience at this salon recently after being a regular customer. Had been for a haircut. Clearly explained them my requirements and the length I desired. A supposed 15 to 20 minutes haircut was only done in 4 to 5 minutes by the assistant. The lady paid no heed to my requirements and cut too much with urgency. I was left with unevenly cut hair at the back and unblended cut hair in the front. When I raised a complaint infuriatingly, the staff unreasonably argued as to how she did it accurately. She didn't bother to satisfy her customer's requirements rather stayed arguing. When I told her that I was only giving her feedback for her work done. She yelled back saying that her work doesn't need to be questioned and that I shouldn't be talking to her. This shows how irresponsible she is and didn't want to listen to any feedback provided. This only went on to prove that they don't value their customers needs. I deeply regret visiting this salon. Do better.

The Parlour was clean , well organized and the staff were friendly. I'm extremely satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend
