Absolutely nasty place. The employees she hires keep talking about you in Konkani, especially if they think you don't know, and if they think you speak Konkani they talk about other customers. Absolutely unprofessional behaviour. Never had a good waxing session either, every time it's not waxed properly, and you have to keep asking them to go over parts again. No proper changing room either. Sure, Sonia is sweet but the parlour itself leaves a lot to be desired. Wasn't happy with the pedicure or hair spa either, both weren't customized to my needs, nail polish was put on haphazardly, and my hair wasn't even blow dried and some really greasy serum was applied. Terrible terrible terrible experience, and far too expensive for the charges provided. I'd never recommend this place to anybody. Never.

Went here very recently and my experience was really good. My haircut was done by the owner herself she was so sweet and it was a very comfortable environment. She suggested what's good for my hair and gave me alot of knowledgeable stuff which I wasn't aware of. I'm glad and would continue going here. Also go vocal for local and support small businesses.

Worst hair cut. She is not even bothered to ask if the customer is satisfied with the hair cut. And if you say that the hair cut is not fine she ignores and jumps to other customer. She is polite but her busy schedule spoilt my hair. Will never again visit this salon. Thank you and good bye to you.

I had recently visited this parlour for the first time. I wanted to get done a quick hair wash for an event. As I was near by Kankanady for some work. I searched for the parlour in Kankanady itself. As based par the good reviews on Google. I went there in a hurry and got done a hair wash. To my surprise, They charged me 500 bucks. Firstly they didn't blow dry or anything. Didn't even use a healthy products for wash. Somewhere it was my mistake for not checking or asking for the price. I don't want you fall in the same pit. Ask and get done. Never going there again. Hugely disappointed.

The service there is amazing. I had been there for saree draping, and they did it for me in a jiffy and without any waiting time even though it was a busy slot and I stopped by without any prior appointment. Visited this parlour on my trip to Mangalore to get saree draping done...it was done very neatly and the owner and staff are very nice and helpful...Would definitely recommend this place to my friends here in Mangalore
