I had a very disappointing experience at The Castle Unisex Salon. I have visited the salon 3-4 times, initially based on my sister's recommendation, but this time, I was extremely upset with their behavior. True success in business isn't just about ownership; it's about treating customers with respect and maintaining a positive attitude. Unfortunately, our experience was far from that. The service quality has been declining with each visit, which is truly disappointing. It's disheartening to see how they prioritize hyping up celebrity visits while treating regular customers poorly. When a new customer visits, they provide excellent service to attract them, but once you become a regular, they start taking you for granted. Paying customers deserve consistent quality service, regardless of how often they visit. Sorry to say, but I am very unhappy with their approach. There are far better salons that not only provide good service but also respect and value their customers--something money can't buy, and sadly, something this salon fails to offer.

I regularly visit Castle for haircuts and beard trimming. Always welcomed with warm smiles and greetings from the management and staff. Visited many times and was never made to wait past my scheduled appointment time. They are fair and transparent in pricing and use very premium branded products and are very knowledgeable and proffesional. I recommend The Castle Unisex Salon to everyone.

Best salon in mangalore. Salon is filled with real green plants which is an amazing and relaxing feel. Also the staffs are very professional and friendly. Highly recommended services are haircut, head massage, facial, pedicure.

Upon ageing people should grow in all terms, but i find it Castle salon being somewhat ignorant to customers. Also rates are increased. No discounts, no coupons...felt not good after 4 years of continuos customer...pleasw grow up

We took our 9 month old son for his hair cut , the hair stylist ( don't recall his name ) was very patient , professional, understanding and he did a good job especially the fact that we didn't want him to use a trimmer ! We enjoyed our experience there especially when my son was distracted much, overall a good experience. Will for sure revisit for my son .....
