I've finally mustered up the courage to write this because i feel its my duty to warn other patrons, especially women who are shy to speak up freely. I went there a couple of months ago and requested for a hair spa. Its a male dominated spa for services mostly used by women and leaves very little room to make a selection based on personal comfort for wanting to have a female therapist. I still felt that professionalism superseded gender and asked the first available technician to do the hair spa. Long story short, I was groped and violated. The stylist tried to put his hands inside my blouse while massaging my hair and in my shock, I immediately raised an alarm and alerted the reception and managing staff - All men. I felt they were giggling or mocking me and offered me a big discount which I refused, paid in full and walked away shocked to my bones. It's taken me a while to report this but please be careful when you go for these services. This is an international brand name but don't be fooled. Ideally a unisex salon must always have the right mix of senior and junior male and female stylists to cater to the needs and comfort of their patrons. I wish this stylist in particular has been fired. This team needs a revamp and essential training to deal with clients in a respectful and professional manner.

The service here is so amazing. Recently I've visited Tony and guy for my hair colouring. It was my first time doing a hair colour. It turned out so beautiful. My hair stylist was Mr Monish Raza. He is an experienced hair stylist. He did it so well and flawless that I got the same result as the reference picture I showed. I highly recommend him.

He took the time to understand exactly what my mom wanted and delivered a beautiful cut that suited her perfectly. He also shared valuable hair care tips with us. She looks and feels amazing! Very experienced hair stylists are here. Ask for Monish or Rizwan. Service is expensive, but it is great. Children also love haircuts here, friendly smiling services.

If I look into the best hair stylist intown, that's only Mr.Monish. The best in his profession, ideas and creativity in hair styles and best in-person too. He is an expert in hairdressing and knows the latest trends. Excellent service. I strongly recommend Monish to everyone.

Had a hair oil massage with Priyanka today at Toni & Guys . The quite dim lit room was the perfect setting for a very relaxed massage . Priyanka is very friendly and quickly puts you at ease. Thank you for all your suggestions without any attempt to sell .

I have recently visited TONI AND GUY at City centre for hair coloring. It's wonderful experience to be there. Staff's were very friendly and co-operative. My hair stylist Mr Monish Raza did best work and gives best ideas for styling. He chooses best hairstyle and colour for oneself. I truly recommend you to visit there.
