I usually get my haircut here, and it's always awesome! Saif did the haircut exactly as I described. The place is clean, well-maintained, and air-conditioned, making it a comfortable experience. Facial massage - Very relaxing! Pedicure - Good but compared to before, it's less attentive now. They used to be more focused, but now the service feels a bit rushed. Head massage - Not worth it. There was no pressure, so it felt like a waste of money. One thing that needs improvement is their focus on service quality instead of upselling. They often try to push higher-priced services even when not needed. If they continue prioritizing upselling over proper service, they might start losing loyal customers. Hopefully, they train their staff better for massages rather than just selling extra services.

I did my haircut and colouring at Alpha salon. I was assigned Mr Saif. His service was absolutely amazing. He greeted and did a great job on my hair since i was doing it for the first time. Now i will flaunt my new look with confidence.. would recommend 10/10

My stylist took the time to understand what I wanted and offered helpful suggestions.
