Had a haircut after a very long time and Ms. Vijaya did a fabulous job. The place is clean and hygienic which is a very big deal for me. I'm definitely going to come back. What I liked the most is how effortlessly Ms.Vijaya understood my requirements and catered it to me. She's very professional yet very kind and beautiful. It was my first time here and I wasn't sure but I wanted to take risk after seeing a lot of reviews and the photos on Google review. I had called them before for an appointment and was asked to visit them around 6pm. I reached there 10 minutes prior and was okay to wait. But the stylist wasn't there and I had to wait more than half an hour and I was told that he had been out for lunch at 6pm. Later they took me to hair wash, made sure I was comfortable. Then I spoke to the stylist and told him my requirement. He was very patient enough to listen and help me understand things. However he was required by some other person so he finished the cut and asked someone to do the setting. A girl tried setting my hair and she left after 5 minutes and passed it on to some other guy which was not professional! I am not satisfied with how they did the setting but I just wanted to get it done as it was almost 8pm! Also a suggestion from my side - the bathroom was very stinky and I could get that smell near the reception area so please do use some air fresheners. Overall I'm happy with the haircut but they need to be more professional and complete a task without giving excuses and hair setting/styling could be better.

Had an wonderful experience visiting here. All the workers were polite and soft spoken. The person who washed my hair Ms. Priyanka was very gentle and did a great work. The hair stylist did ger job swiftly and amazingly just as asked. Overall had a great experience.

Shijal is an incredibly talented stylist and masseuse. His head massage technique was absolutely amazing -- deeply relaxing and soothing. I left feeling completely refreshed. The overall experience at Colors was exceptional, with a calm and welcoming atmosphere. I wholeheartedly recommend this place!

***Updated**** The response below is crap. The time to talk about it was when I was sitting and crying in the chair. When I asked why I was being charged 12,000 rupees when obviously my hair is soooo ugly. Please heed this warning, these people have no care nor professionalism. When I sat down the owner told me directly, that it would be 3 hours and it would be beautiful. Run people run. If I could give a negative star I would. I've never spent 8.5 hours at a salon and came out looking worse than when I entered. They burnt my scalp, tried to pretend my hair was fine with the color. I had platinum roots with orange locks. When they fixed it, it burnt like no other. The color ended up being a grayish goldish mess. The cut is completely not what I asked for... by the way... I lost about 5 inches of length. 8.5 hours, lost my length, horribly ugly color, and 12,000. Rupees. I'd say stay away, but really you should run as fast as you can!

Ms. Yashoda turned out to be a great staff and her hair cut services for my wife was quite good. They have rest room and spacious couch for waiting.

I had visited many saloons in mysore but I decided to visit this saloon by seeing fancy "fake" reviews just like u are doing and had very bad experience. Anybody looking for hygiene and good safe products without side effects this saloon is not the place. My honest review is its more of showoff than the service given compared to other saloons in mysore. The product which they used are all unnamed and old. one which they used on my hair caused side effects and severe reaction and itching . Thank god i dint get anything to my face "Not worth for the money which u give" Coz no proper hygeine, no valid and safe products Lady running this saloon is very arrogant She will discriminate the customers in terms of service and also inflate the prices accordingly. They will vanish in between the service and make u wait unnecessarily. Anybody thinking of getting service from here i would not recommend and guys Its not about momentary satisfaction in front of the saloons mirror But its about your hair and skin health on a long term. There are better saloons than this in mysore which makes u look beautiful, good customer service which makes us satisfied, safe products and with best reasonable price.
