Family folks who need a little human touch - Go to Jyo and not come here. I was a customer for an year. Even after that, appointments were not customer centric. They don't even recognize repeat customers. They will ask for service 3-4 times and very sales than solution. I recommend people around to visit JYO Saloon which is one KM away from FLO. No discounts. No packages. I think they are doing very well, stomach is full enough and not to bother about every customer retention.

They don't know how to talk with customer Very Rude and arrogant attitude.. My husband visited today for the hair cut in the evening one lady said to him by giving visiting card, call and come after an hour she didn't even ask him to wait or check whether staff are available or not for the service Is this a way to talk with customer. May be they judge the people by look I feel
I had been to this place on Feb 6th of this year to get Facial, Manicure, Pedicure and hair wash to be done. I was totally elated with the services been provided by RIJU she is just as amazing as her name would suggest i would recommend the customers to come over here and experience their best

Flo is the best salon in the city, providing excellent services, good ambience & maintaining good hygiene. Riju is so amazing at what she does, she was sweet and considerate.
