Edited after 2nd visit: I am changing from 1 star to 5 stars. As I mentioned earlier there are few talented stylists and I took a chance and went again at late night with my family and they did all the work Ben after their working hours and gave best service and I recommend everyone to visit the place but make sure you demand for faster process if you are getting late. First review: I had booked an appointment the previous evening for 11 AM with a specific stylist, yet I was made to wait for 45 minutes after arriving on time. For a salon charging premium prices, this kind of delay and mismanagement is disappointing. What's the point of booking in advance if walk-ins are prioritized? This wasn't my first visit. The first time I came here, a few staff members were visibly uninterested in working -- passing the responsibility to someone else rather than attending to customers professionally. The front desk especially needs serious improvement in handling appointments and managing time efficiently. That said, I won't completely discredit the salon. They do have a few genuinely talented stylists and good quality products. But when all it took was a 1-minute walk to Naturals salon to get the same service done quicker, cheaper, and hassle-free. I'll definitely return someday -- mainly because I liked the work of one particular stylist. But until the salon fixes these issues, I'll stick to a 1-star rating. Hopefully, this review encourages them to fix the issues and also help anyone booking in future.

Really amazing service and great staff. Got facial, pedicure and manicure service from Ms. Roopa who did a great job. Got hair cut and spa from Ms. Hema, which was amazing. Hygiene, way of interaction, explaining the service etc were excellent. Highly recommend this salon.

Typical big brand in a small town experience. You hope for a good/consistent service but are forced to take what you get. I hoped to get it all done in 30 minutes, and ended up staying for more than 60 minutes. My wife came in for a hair wash, which was done in 20 minutes by other staff in the same location. I had taken an appointment and had to wait because the person responsible for my service was on a break. Once he got back, he was upset he had to do this. He was constantly making faces, needed help to even set up the pedicure station (in the hope someone else will take this up) and did a half hearted job in the end. He told me he will hurt me, I need to let him know when it gets bad, never heard that before. I was keen on getting my dead skin cleaned and that is one thing he couldn't do well. He was huffing and puffing scraping the dead skin, finally giving up - he told me multiple times he had got rid of everything. I still tipped him, in the hope the next client will get better service. I wouldn't recommend visiting this store for this particular person, however the manager is amazing. I am sure she is able to run this business with her strong leadership in spite of such lazy employees. I don't want this employee's actions to reflect on her ability to run the whole shop.

Ms. Manjula is wonderful person who made my hair beautiful. She will understand the texture of hair and she will satisfy your desire hairstyle. I'm very happy share this with you all please prefer her for your next hairstyle.

I had a fantastic experience at Green Trends Salon in Kucempungar, Mysuru. The ambiance was clean, modern, and welcoming. What truly stood out was the excellent service provided by Umaan, the stylist/barber. Umaan was professional, attentive, and clearly experienced. He took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and delivered a haircut that exceeded my expectations. He also offered helpful suggestions for hair care and styling that were practical and easy to follow. It's rare to find someone who combines skill with such a friendly, down-to-earth attitude. I highly recommend asking for Umaan if you visit this branch!

Horrible experience. My wife had a pedicure here. Maximum staffs are locals and doesn't have any etiquettes. They don't bother about the customers. They are interested in taking among themselves. Don't have separate kits for Pedicure. Search for the items between the course of action. Uses used towels to those have some face masks applied. Very un- hygienic. She got a blood clot on her big finger of left leg .

I recently visited Green Trance and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The ambiance was refreshing, the environment peaceful, and everything was thoughtfully put together to create a calming atmosphere. A special shoutout to Krishan, who went above and beyond to provide exceptional service--he was attentive, knowledgeable, and made sure every detail was perfect. I genuinely felt cared for and left feeling refreshed and happy. Highly recommend Green Trance for anyone looking for a top-tier wellness experience!
