I had a wonderful experience with Amrutha at Green Trends! She was professional, attentive, and took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. I'm really impressed with her skill and attention to detail.

Giving 2 start instead of 1 because at least haircut looked good. We were 2 people, Listing out the bad experiences: 1. Consultation - Requested to reduce length and provide layers to the hair. Suggestion received was not to go for layer as it would not be visible anyway on shorter hair with wavy texture. Instead, the suggestion was that the length would be reduced in the front a bit, and U cut will be the finishing from the back side. But during the billing, narrative changed that it's a creative cut where layers are provided. Inconsistency in the way things are explained to the customers initially to get them to agree with something and claim something else while billing. Professionalism: The amount of communication and explanation given to the service being done is less, and the focus given to sell and market other services is more. Unnecessary comments passed during the interaction, which can be offending to some extent. Requested to use less heat for setting the hair, but got silenced saying nothing will happen. Instead of adjusting to the request. Managing customers: Accepted us through walkin and not appointment as they were empty with no customers. Soon in the middle of service new customers started coming with appointments, which was forgotten when starting our services. Due to the lack of planning and management, the pedicure was done in a hurry, and a few steps were missed to complete the service soon. Manager was constantly interrupting the service asking to hurry up as people are waiting outside. Overall it was a bad experience. People go to salons and spa to relax and pamper themselves to relive some stress. But the customers are treated here was not even close to pleasant experience.

I was very nervous to get my hair coloured for the first time. I expressed my concern since my hair is on the thinning side. Manish sir listened to me and suggested possible haircuts for my hair. He did an absolutely amazing haircut and coloured it to bring out the volume. I am so happy with the entire cut and colour

I visited green trends for my haircut and amrutha did a really great job in transforming how my hair looked....she is very friendly and professional, impressed by this continued to visit green trends.

I just now got hair cut and colour streak done by Anu(I am loving it). She was so patient through the entire process of haircut and spa. The hygiene is also well maintained. Overall I had a great time. Would love to visit again.
