I'm one of there old customers. There staff is very friendly and hospitable. Especially Sara, she really helped me in deciding a good hairstyle and colour. Before I use to get my hair done only by Daisy or Kim, was worried at first but then was very happy with the service given by Sara.

I got layers for the first time! The stylist are super nice and friendly. They also advised me on how to keep my hair healthy. Overall, am very happy about the way my hair turned out :)

I got my hair colouring done at Kim Faa, loved their service. The staff named sheela did my hair colouring and hair wash , she's very kind and professional.

I go here for haircut and hair colour regularly. Parvati is very professional and very patient. Had a wonderful haircut with a very skillful highlights. The colours looked so perfectly blended. I highly recommend hair cut n hair colour here specially with Parvati. I would have given 5 stars but I also got my pedicure and manicure done here. Literally the worst experience I ever had. The lady who did the service had no knowledge. She did not even know how to shape nails. I asked her twice to shape it right, she handed me the file and asked me to do as I like. She did not cut my cuticle dead skin. All my layered dead skin was right there, I don't understand what she actually did with my service. And it was so un hygienic. She also at the end put nail polish, even a child can do a better job. She applied polish all over my skin, upon asking she said it will go away when you wash your hands couple of times. The nail polish was of such low quality. Also there was no base coat and top coat. I would never suggest anyone go for these services to this salon.

Very homely staff and Ms. Parvathi is best who does my keratin treatment and Sarah is most helpful in giving great facial massages.

I would give it minus rating if there was an option for that. Worst worst worst experience ever!!!!!! I have been going to this parlor regularly but this time was the worst!!!!! I asked the lady named SHEILA to trim my hair and front cut. I think she better go and get her training done on basics first!!! She just cut two strands hair short in the fromt. Had zero patience to listen !!!! Hair was not set and reviewed after the haircut. She spoiled my hair!!!!! NEVER EVER GONNA VISIT AGAIN!

Eyebrow threading No finishing I have thick brows which usually turn out better after threading The women who did threading made my brows uneven without proper finishing even after pointing out the unremoved hairs Worst threading ever
