I visited this Salon for the first time, Had a really relaxing experience today. My mom loved the Spa session by Pooja and it was very relaxing and refreshing. Definitely recommend this place!

The services are good, staffs are professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The major disappointment is that the staff are less in number ! It's very frustrating to sit with half services done for over 30 minutes. Even after repeatedly asking for the service to get completed we received only one response that we have to wait. This is even after taking appointment on call before coming. Please hire more people so that ur clients don't have to go through this and get disappointed. There is no manager present here. We were 5 of us present and 3 of us were left with half services and we were made to wait. Please consider this review from a very disappointed customer

I just got my hair cut and facial done today. You must definitely opt for this saloon 1. Aura is good - calm place with slow music being played here. 2. Hygiene is so good. 3. Staff services and hospitality is very impressive 4. It's economical. 5. You will be satisfied with the service at the end for sure

We arrived as family 5 of us needing multiple services i.e , Hairwash, Haircut, DeTan & Pedicure. Was very well handled, professional and good service. Happy to reccomend.

I've been to Offline salon to cut my hair and finally get hair spa and hair cut. Tulsi was professional and give me an amazing head massage. To cut my hair she was perfectionist and did it well. I had a relaxing time and was happy with my new hair cut! Thank you Tulsi

They don't know how to handle natural curly hair but display an absurd confidence. They also don't listen and don't look at reference photos properly I showed my own previous cut for this and they shortened it too much and cut it as though it's straight so it looks terrible
