Hi, I was looking for a keratin hair treatment for my already chemical treated hair. Yesterday I met Suma from royal beauty salon after checking many positive reviews. So I though of getting it done . She is very friendly and very knowledgeable about the products and services she provides to her people whom she treats as her family. She has educated me in every stage of the process before applying any applications on my hair. What I liked the most was she is very patient towards listening to her customers and their needs. I am new to Mysore and searched for good keratin treatment and found this place. Had booked the package a day before and had a wonderful experience. Keratin was so smooth with good finish. Since I have thin hair, it was handled with care. The waxing was smooth and no pain, for the first time ever I felt my skin without bubbles. Facial was very relaxing with good results. Also, the beautician, Suma, is very friendly and enjoyed the time at her salon. She was very welcoming and never felt I was visiting for the first time. I highly recommend this salon and suggest to book your services in advance so you dont miss to pamper yourself! Overall it was a no-go-wrong decision!

I got done hair spa yesterday, i loved how they did so i extended and got done a back massage too. Now it's the first day and i am realising my hair has got out of control , the conditioner is still in my hair, the wash is not done properly, my hair texture is not even 1% softer after a hair spa. I feel like a waste of 2000!!! Please think twice before booking an appointment!
