Review for Beauty Empire Salon - Hydra Facial Service I recently visited Beauty Empire salon to try their Hydra Facial, which was being offered under a Buy 1 Get 1 offer for 2499. After taxes (18%), the total bill came to 2948. Before choosing the service, I had a tan on my face and asked the salon manager for advice on whether a de-tan or hydra facial would be more suitable. Unfortunately, the manager lacked product knowledge and simply said I could go for whatever I preferred--offering no guidance. My mother and I decided to go ahead with the Hydra Facial, and Nancy was the staff member who attended to us. She explained the procedure well, and the facial lasted about 40 minutes per person. However, the results were disappointing. There was no noticeable effect on my skin even after two days. More concerning, my mother experienced severe swelling on her face the very next day, to the extent that she couldn't even open her eyes. When we contacted the salon, the owner claimed it was due to sensitive skin, even though we had already informed them of our skin type beforehand. We were never warned that the treatment might cause side effects. Shockingly, the owner suggested my mother take Azithromycin, an antibiotic used for infections--not allergies--without a doctor's prescription. This advice was not only irresponsible but also dangerous, as my mother's reaction was clearly an allergic response, not an infection. It took three days for her face to return to normal. I expected professionalism and safe service from a salon, but this experience was highly disappointing and distressing. I hope the salon takes feedback seriously and trains their staff better--both in consultation and safety protocols. Would I return? No. Do I recommend? Proceed with extreme caution, especially if you have sensitive skin.

Got my gel polish done here yesterday. There are two nail techs here and they are extremely friendly. Love that I don't have a single skin cut from filing and shaping which isn't the case in most the salons. Price is also decent. Will go back for sure.

Had a fantastic experience at The Empire Beauty ! The staff was friendly, professional, and really listened to what I wanted. My haircut turned out even better than I expected, great attention to detail and styling advice for hair spa. My Stylist was Sam he was great would surely recommend him for hair cut. Better to get appointment before you go as they were busy.
