Initially, I had a great experience here and had given a positive review right after my visit. I got my hair trimmed and styled by Krupa, and at that moment, it looked amazing, and I absolutely loved it. I was somehow doubtful at that moment is she actually is a professional. However, after two days, when the styling effect wore off, I realized that my haircut was not done properly at all. The hair was unevenly cut, with different lengths in various sections, making my hair look very unbalanced. So please be cautious if Krupa is handling your services. Additionally, during the styling using tongs, I now realize that a few parts of my hair ends have been burnt, causing noticeable damage to my hair. This was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I trusted the stylist to handle my hair with care, but the outcome was the complete opposite. I would strongly advise anyone visiting this salon to be extra cautious . She is highly unprofessional, careless, and lacks basic hairstyling skills. I regret trusting her with my hair, and I am now left with damaged and uneven hair because of her. I'm updating my review based on the reality of what actually happened to me after the styling effect wore off. Please be cautious if you plan to get a haircut or styling done here, especially from Krupa. I hope the salon takes serious action to improve their services and avoid such experiences for other customers. To add to this, I also noticed that their haircare routine was extremely poor. After shampooing my hair, they did not use any conditioner or hair mask, which is a basic step in any hair treatment. Despite my repeated requests to apply hair serum before using hot tools for styling, they completely ignored it and did not use any serum at all. After the styling they used a little bit of it. On top of that, they did not even have a hair setting spray to hold the style in place. This clearly shows their lack of professionalism and basic hair care knowledge. As soon as I noticed these issues, I immediately called the salon, and they assured me they would fix it. I went back the same day, and they corrected the uneven haircut without any extra cost. I appreciate that they took responsibility and made the necessary corrections. Also, I would suggest To get the hair styling and all the services done from a male stylist. The female stylist will definitely disappoint you.

Had a fantastic experience at tranquils today! KRUPA was incredibly attentive and listened perfectly to what I wanted, and the entire atmosphere was so relaxing and welcoming. I'll definitely be back!" Whole service is good with krupa ..

"Overhyped" by insta influencers 1) worst service 2) not at all maintained well ( found hairs on towel though i have not got a hair cut ) 3) no skillfull employees I wont say not to visit but definitely not to the worth .... And also got a nasty bruise in the armpit ( under arm wax) I forgot to ask her name though i guess all the staffs are same i paid 1.5k to get a nasty bruise under arm i would have got same services under 1 k in a normal beauty parlour ... worst experience ever never in my life gonna visit this so called salon . WORST"

Great service, the staff are very sweet, friendly, polite... I had been for Keratin treatment n was assisted by Manu.. Before the treatment he gave honest opinion for my hair.. he explained everything N Did magic on my hair as u can c... Worth all my money.... Great work only can expect from Professionals.... Must visit and get your service

The hair wash and blow dry was above average but had one of my worse manicure and pedicure. They need to be better trained in more professional places. Had to come back and do it by myself all over again. First and last visit.
