I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. Despite repeatedly explaining to the stylist what I wanted, she ignored my requests and cut my hair much shorter than I asked for, completely ruining the look I had been growing for over 3 years. On top of that, the stylist didn't listen when I told her not to curl my hair, and she did it anyway, which I'm really unhappy with. I also had my eyebrows done, and they were poorly shaped, leaving me quite upset. It seems the owner leaves the salon in the hands of untrained staff, which shows in the quality of service. I wouldn't recommend this place if you're looking for professional and attentive service.
