Salon Perimeter Nelamangala

Very bad experience, the salon person itself nervous to do the hair cut to my husband. They are not certified, professional at all. Even though the charges are comparatively high but the service is not even average. I don't want to give any ratings for Men services. Totally unfair, waste of time & money.

It was a very good experience at perimeter Nelamangala. It was my first time visit to this location. Got my eyebrows & waxing done. I really liked the way eyebrows got shape thanks to LAKSHMI. She was very good throughout services. Thanks to lady in front office Radha to schedule the services in less time as requested.

I have been regular customer to this salon since the month salon was inaugurated, firstly the staff keeps changing every month or so. secondly the Admin over there is not responding to any of our issues during service instead she goes and complains about customer every time if customer gives any feedback on any service. i had my skin torn during pedicure and it was bleeding throughout pedicure, i had not complained that day, but next time i just mentioned the admin i had this issue she replies ok mam you should have told me same day, another service where i got my hair root touch up, portion of my hair wasnt colored at all, i had function where i got to know its not fully covered, again next time i gave feedback to admin saying my hai color wasnt done, like this random times whenever i had issuers if i go to admin she says ok mam we will inform.. but this time i had terrible experience during my hair service again i directly messaged Perimeter management person on my issues, but the reply i got from that lady is "our salon doesnt seem to fit your requirement please chose some other salon, she informs admin not to take my enquiry for any service". this is the way they take customer feedback(almost 20 times i had taken service) there is no value to customer feedback, instead the admin gives complaint on customer for our feedback, basically our feedback and complain is not valued instead they say we wont give you any service. My question to perimeter why take customer feedback on any service if it is not valued, you can mention customer just come n take service or customer should just pay and go however the service is given.. even if the skin is torn, hair service wasnt proper.. so any issue u highlight its like customer will be targetted and they wont give you service If 100 customer give any feedback are those customers asked to go to other saloon..?????? Being regular customer i faced this issue with perimeter inspite of paying full amount they are not ready to consider any feedback any complaint.. such arrogant behaviour towards customer. But i would rate the person named LAKSHMI 5/5 for her service,she has given her best service every time i had taken service from her. She's best in that salon

Worst experience for detan they r not following the procedure, just applied detan cream and wash it off no results for the service

PERIMETER Nelamangala is too Good.. Receptionist and Workers Both are Very Friendly... Arpan and Rajesh Both have too patience.. I like their work.. Go in large Numbers.. you will definitely get a good experience.
