I recently got a long layer cut with natural soft curls from Sahil, and I absolutely loved the result! He was attentive to what I wanted, suggested styles that suited my face shape, and executed the haircut beautifully. The layers added a lot of movement and volume to my long hair, and the curls looked soft and effortless--exactly how I wanted. Sahil is not only skilled but also very professional and friendly. Highly recommend him if you're looking for a stylish and comfortable hair makeover!

Got well service, best hair cut as I expected happy

Extremely disappointed with the waxing service I received at Shades Beauty Salon. The lady who attended to me (unfortunately I didn't get her name) did a terrible job--she didn't remove the hair properly, left several patches, and took an unusually long time to finish. For the amount I paid, I expected at least a basic level of professionalism and quality. What was even more frustrating was the complete lack of responsibility. When I pointed out the issue, no one cared to acknowledge the mistake or offer any kind of solution. It felt like they were just interested in charging full price regardless of the service provided. This was honestly one of the worst salon experiences I've had. I won't be going back, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for quality or customer care.

Just visited yesterday for the haircut & ya haircut is good (done by Sahil) Sahil did good work it's nice but still it has to be done better as I have shown the video and requested the same way of the cut bcoz not satisfied with front layer!!! also not required of neck massage and back massage, it would be good if he asks to the customer before doing whether its ok for them or not bcoz everyone doesn't like it from a guy, female doing that is fine!!!! also I think mask has not applied while washing, they said if applied the mask then charges will be 1k, if only hairwash with conditioner is 850rs. Also at last not applied spray to set the hair perfectly. But in crystal saloon they will apply the mask and spray also reduce the charges we don't need to request to reduce the price.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Shades with stylist Salman. He handled my hair improperly, and the cut was uneven. Additionally, the service was rushed, lasting only 2 minutes, and didn't include a wash or blow dry, which I expected from a reputable salon. The cost of 500 INR seemed unreasonable considering the poor service. Many local salons offer blow dry services, which I found lacking here. I hope the management takes note of this feedback to improve their service

Hello Sahil i just wanted to thank you for the amazing Keratin treatment !!! I have noticed a big difference.. . My hair has more volume now and its also less frizzy , my hair looking so vibrant and this treatment gave me a nice shine .. . Am really impressed and amazed with the results .. . Am loving my new look am obsessed with my hair .. . I will definitely recommend your salon to my friends .. . Great service thank you
