Got a smoothing done at Alpha Beauty Parlour, and I'm so happy with the results! Ali did the smoothing treatment for me-very professional and responsive. They did a fantastic job! Ali was a super friendly and humble person. I'm really happy with his work!

The worst salon experience I've ever had. The hair stylist just wasn't listening to what I wanted and just did whatever he wanted. I'm clearly explaining what I want and he just kept fighting me at every step of the way. I know what looks good for my face but the stylist ruined everything for me Don't ever go to this place!!!

Great colouring and haircut was done by Akash. Jitu did my eyebrow threading without giving me any pain. Great salon and amazing service.

As it's sunny those who have time to spend they can visit alfa police chowkey branch if you sit for an hour also no one will ask you anything. You can sit for hour and go I have experienced 2 times.

The old members who used to cut my hair in this salon were special, especially Adil. He used to communicate with customers and give them exactly what they wanted. Today, when I went, I felt just an okay experience with the hair cutter. Adil bro please come back

Done by Mr.Ali who was professional,empathetic and went out of his way to comfort his client. He would listen and follow accordingly..Truely commendable and diligent... Receptionist was hospitable..But I have given 4 stars for other staffs, who were present around. One guy had kept the music volume so high that even after asking and Ali suggesting him to keep it low, he would increase it time and again..other guy was literally dancing even in front of customers at the lounge itself!!! Highly unprofessional!! Hope the owner takes notice of these!! Overlooking these shenanigans, I shall recommend Mr. Ali and can guarantee that I have found the perfect place for my future hair services which is affordable too!!
