I had a very disappointing experience due to the extremely inappropriate and harsh behavior from the staff. It wasn't just directed toward the adults, but shockingly, even the children were spoken to rudely. Such unprofessional conduct is completely unacceptable, especially in a place that should be welcoming and respectful to all. I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the staff's behavior, as it creates a very negative and uncomfortable environment.@lorelredcarpet

Each and every one over here are amazingly professional and friendly at the same time. Got the keratin treatment done from here. Be it the hospitality, staffs, service, ambience every single bit of this place is just wow. For a person like me, who always dreamt to get the keratin done and yet the same time had confusions about the post keratin hair care, I am so happy about my decision of choosing L'oreal RC and Ali, Senior Hair Stylist:) Got the keratin treatment done from the senior hair stylist, Ali. Such a professional and knowledgeable expert for your all kinds of hair and styling related aspects. Couldn't have been expecting any more from this place. Thank you so much RC for such guiding me to such an amazing Stylist. Loved every bit of time I spent there and in love with my new hair. Speaking from my experience, you can trust on Ali to the core without any second thought and you will never regret back your decision. Pricing is also very very reasonable for such an amazing service they provide. You will start feeling like your second home by the kind of customer experience you would receive from here. Visited this saloon on 1st week of May with family, booked facial, hair colouring for everyone including myself. It was repeatedly conveyed to the staffs and owner that hair color needs to be dark brown, however they made it completely black after telling them nearly 20 times. It feels like hair is dyed than colored. Also we all took haircut and facial, had a very unpleasant experience. Eyes were not covered during the entire facial, cloth used to wipe were smelly, staff had no experience whatsoever while dealing with the client. Rough handling of hair, bride got rashes on the face after doing gold facial(one of their top facials which they recommend) , hair was washed and never dried, bride was taken for facial with wet hair throughout the service, cream applied got into the eyes and we got out with burning eyes, no massage was performed even for a minute which was part of their heavily charged package. No invoice was provided conveying that L'Oreal franchise saloon systems are turned off. Owner is kindly unapologetic, sweet words don't add upto sweet service. Humble request to not fool customers by performing services convenient to you and your untrained staffs. Staffs tell us not to open eyes during the facial but forget to cover the eyes and we are completely unaware of what is being applied. Totally disappointed with the services worth 20k where quality of services are absurd.

I went to this parlor for a simple root touch-up, but they pressured me into getting a facial and a hair spa by making me feel insecure about my skin and hair, claiming I had dry skin and dandruff. The service was awful--after the dye, they left stains all over my face and ears and didn't even bother to wipe them off, offering excuses instead. To top it off, the cost was ridiculously high for such poor service. I wouldn't recommend this place.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience. They work with high quality products. My "Reception Makeup" was just fantastic! As a girl of Hyderabad, I wasn't sure if I'll get the look which I had in my mind here in Shimoga but the parlour has exceeded my expectations. They have done my Husband's touchup too which was again fantastic. Soya is lovely and very considerate . She goes out of the way to help and that's what one needs. All in all a very professional parlour and l highly recommend "Loreal's Red Carpet - Unisex Salon" to everyone.

Beautiful experience. I had gone there for hair setting. I should have asked hair dresser name. She gave me a relaxed feeling. Got a nice hair wash and Setting. I went there on last Saturday. The Setting lasted completely for the whole week. It's gone only after my hair wash. So I am here to write a review. Thank you.

Very happy for this service from Loreal Red Carpet. I got my Hair Smoothing with keratin treatment done by Ali. He was very professional and he explained the each & every process very well. He was approachable and make us feel comfortable throughout the process of hair treatment,overall it was a good experience. Thanks Ali for his wonderful service and the entire Red carpet team

It was a great experience. Especially Mr.ali is a true magician . I didn't saw this type expert person anywhere in shimoga . My hair was too much damaged, with risk and utter care he did smoothening and keratin . Totally best salon highly recommended .
