The experience here was best. The person handled each and every hair so smooth and did a great job to bring back my hair to healthy one. My hair was completely damaged as my oiling routine and hair care was worse. He checked my hair condition in detail and helped me to understand what mistake i did. I got nanoplastia treatment for hair by Rajesh, he gave detailed information about the treatment and about after hair care..he is very kind and gives very good service.. Also I got other beauty services, I liked very much.. Very good ambience, clean and hygiene.. All staffs are very kind and friendly.. Owners are also so nice to open salon early, so that I got my hair treatment done completely..

Nightmare...! Hope u remember u jus burnt my hairs.... I regret visiting ur salon in life... and they way u handled the situation is still at worst.. I would have believed the rumors tht u use cheap and low quality products and may be expired or wat i donno... I suffered mentally alot because of ur unprofessional and unethical handling... evrything was informed.. u were not thr to check my hairs nor any one else.. the worker checked it and started applying cream.. y u came running wen my hairs coming out.. u dint took care b4... if I have bleached my hairs which I haven't as u said... then u shouldn't have applied cream... u shud denied the service... jus because we trust u blindly ... u can do any thing... yes I took a wrong decision by chosing u... thts my mistake... free spa? Free treatment...? Come on... stop using wrong agenda here... I came coz I can afford it... money making on the stake of someone precious thing is the worst thing some one can do... don't try to cover up ur mistakes sir... if my hairs were bleached.. plz do not start the treatment for money... after ruining evrything u remembered abt my bleached hairs? Please have some ethics to apogize for ur mistake than making wrong allegations on customers sir... have some ethics.. for the correction u promised the nano plast n applied spa cream and sent me ... big blunder.. plz dont cheat like this sir... mistakes happens .. we r humans...I thought u wil correct it as u promised to do so.. but instead u r accusing me... anyways thanks for a wonderful lesson.. First of all .... Do u agree tht ur staff over processed my hair? If u call urself a hairstylist or ur staff r professional then how did they examined my hairs... u donno the difference between bleached and non bleached hairs...? Wat kind of hairstylist would not know .... secondly I m a customer came for service ... my hairs got burnt because of ur application... how u treat this? I clearly told u .. I wil pay please recover my hairs back to normal... do u think money would matter infront of my precious hair loss? I order shampoos spa creams worth thousands ... Do I want ur free hair spa worth 700 or 800? Tht too from the one who spoiled my 2yrs of hair health? I never wanted to the blame on the staff so tht they suffer... when I came to know they left or got fired or transferred from ur salon .. I thot its better to share my experience at ur salon... I don't ah e any personal grudges.. to write a review.. I suffered... the way I got handled after getting my hairs ruined... instruction of wat ...sir.. after completing ruining? U dint advised anything.. atleast perimeter banglore came to my rescue and suggested me Moroccan hair mask.. which is the game changer.. I never ironed my hairs.. nor I can.. with this kind of hairs.. stop putting false allegations on the customers... I don't want anything from ur side.. it's jus an experience sharing... if u have 5000 or more customers be happy for tht.. no need to answer me... after all 1 bad review won't affect ur reputation... let me feel better on this.. if u think u r doing a good job... then carry on sir. My small loss won't matter... nor shud... if I wouldn't ahve done good routine and took suggestions from good hairstylist and listed to u .. my hairs would not recover so early... if u ha e proof of me demanding free hair spa worth 800... go ahead.. doesn't matter.. I know my worth..
