Super nice and attentive people here. Place is clean as it can be. Good service. Price not bad. They have variety of services. One less star because it is on the second floor and it doesn't have elevator. No problem with parking though. And just right besides Diana restaurant and the park so plenty of things to do/go to pass the time for people who are waiting for their mom, wife, grandma, auntie, daughter etc. finish up here.

They made me wait for half an hour despite booking an appointment, and said that they would need another 15 minutes to get my service done. There was no apology for missing to record my appointment, for making me wait nor are they professionally courteous. I had a similar experience previously and still decided to give it another go. Unfortunately there was no change in the experience. I'm quite convinced that they're able to run their business profitably due to the lack of beauty parlours in Udupi.

I had taken an appointment yesterday with Humsa and when I reached the parlour they provided me Pushpa and inbetween the process without my consent they again changed to Apeksha. This is highly unprofessional. I do not find any authority person to reach out and talk about it as well. Dear Ma'am, kindly please look into the matter. The service is pathetic these days. I have been coming to this parlour since ages and this kind of service is not expected.

I've always liked their services and always chose this place to go for a hair cut. However, this time they cut it too short and tried convincing me that it looks good. One suggestion I have for the staff is if you're at fault don't impose your opinion on me, rather, apologise. Don't invite other staff and convince me that it looks nice. Everybody makes mistakes and it's okay if you make one. We're all humans and I can understand if something goes wrong. But it's not right to act like it was my idea in the first place to want the hair cut which I did not obviously want. Disappointed this time, but other times were rather great.

To the worst haircut I ever had in my life. No matter what you show they have their own fixed length and hair cut that they do, not even close to what I wanted. The lady who trimmed my hair asked me to go for wash first. Ahh god, may be she confused my hair with washing clothes by hand and even to style my hair after the cut. It's hair she acted as though she just had a fight and took off all the anger on my hair. Very unprofessional and not gentle with the hair. Never gonna recommend this salon to anyone.

I wish I cud give them a 0 such pathetic service for the charge they are taking. If your going for waxing it's okay but for ur hair it's a disaster. They are unprofessional and do not keep basic knowledge of doing your hair i.e being gentle with your hair. The lady giving me hair wash literally was using her nails and scraping my scalp... I stopped my service in mid as it was unbearable for me to take it. Also to mention they give u used gowns to change to... The one they gave me was stinking of sweat... How ruthless for people to take so much from you for the services! And give you service of local parlour that charges u half of this amount and gives u the service they this costly parlours charge u .... Please do not go here for your hair... Because hair is something that takes ages to come back in form..... Never ever visiting this place in my life.

I had used their services twice for hair wash. Every time I had to take an appointment. They don't provide service if you have not booked an appointment with the reason that there are only three staff members. I had recommended them to my sister as well. But today my daughter and niece had a bad experience. There was no power, so the oil massage was done using cold oil and hair wash was in cold water. Both my daughter and niece need atleast warm water or they get cold. Especially during this Corona time it is not a good situation. Not happy with the service. Will look for a different beauty parlor.

Got my haircut done today, not gud experience, they dont hear what we say, very rude n unprofessional....its better to go to lakme n other brand parlour.Though the manger was gud. 1 star is for her.
