Very good experience at Yura The staff was professional, gentle, and really listened to what I wanted. The haircut was clean and stylish, and the threading was perfect and quick with minimal discomfort. The best part was that both the services were done exactly to my expectations. The salon was also neat and welcoming. Definitely coming back again!

Had a great experience during my visit! Vinitha was amazing with the facial and pedicure -- she took her time, made sure I was comfortable throughout, and the results really showed. My skin felt super clean and refreshed, and the pedicure was just what I needed. Very relaxing! Nithin did a fantastic job with my haircut and beard styling. He was patient, listened to what I wanted, and delivered exactly that. The haircut was clean and sharp, and the beard shaping was on point. Felt really confident walking out! Both Vinitha and Nithin were friendly, professional, and clearly know what they're doing. Highly recommend them if you're looking for quality grooming services. I'll definitely be coming back!

Two stars are for the service. For the attitude of manager/Owner negative stars. They charge you excess and if clarification is asked, they just argue. For any feedback you give for improvement, their reaction would be that "it's just your opinion", and they are not bothered. It's not a luxury saloon in terms of service but for prices!
