The staff treated all customers with great respect, and I especially appreciate Punith for his exceptional customer service and professionalism. He handled everything smoothly, and the haircut was perfect. I left feeling truly satisfied and happy with the service.

I recently had waxing done at the salon by a staff Neelu and I had very bad experience wherein I have got skin tear and irritation for which I had to consult doctor because of the Ricca wax application done incorrectly by the staff. Even after addressing the concern the staff neglected. Kindly put a well trained staff for waxing department.
