I had a very disappointing experience at this beauty parlor and would not recommend it. My issue may have been due to a particular staff member who did my facial. I specifically requested a facial with bleach for my brother's wedding, but she informed me that they do not provide bleaching services. I assumed the entire parlor didn't offer bleach, but later after my facial i realised they actually do bleach aswell. When I questioned this at the end, she said that 'she' is a cosmetologist and does not do bleaching. I never insisted that she personally had to do my facial. As a service provider, the parlor should prioritise customer satisfaction over individual staff preferences. The threading service was also poorly done.

I got a nanoplastia treatment at Cucumba Alleppey in September 2024, and I'm really happy with the results! My hair was really frizzy and untamable, but now even after many months it's still soft, manageable, and completely frizz-free, making styling so much easier. The staff were kind, professional, and very helpful, explaining everything clearly and ensuring a smooth experience. The salon had a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere, which made the visit even better. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend Cucumba Alleppey to anyone looking for good service and hair care!
