Completely frustrated about the service.It was my first time here and i asked for the U cut. First of all they Washed The hair with a random rough massage ,While drying my hair they weren't even concerned about the tangles in my hair and they were pulling it roughly with the comb and dried it without any care. Hair length is chosen by me, however after the cut there is no clear U shape and there even more parts to trim from both sides and no finishing.Really did not expect such an experience.

I had my hair colored at Polonia recently, and I couldn't be happier with the results! This was my second time getting my hair colored there, and they always do an exceptional job. The staff is not only skilled but also incredibly friendly and attentive. My hair turned out exactly as I wanted, and the salon's atmosphere is relaxing. I'll definitely continue going back for their top-notch service and expertise.

From my friends' suggestion, I have done my eyebrow threading here. Based on my experience, I'm writing this review. Cons: 1. Very poor customer service. 2. They have done my threading in a normal rolling chair. my neck was so painful during the process. 3. They haven't applied any powder or any cream that we are using normally. So that the threading was really painful. 4. Most surprising thing that happen is...they used a normal hair comb for brushing my eyebrow. that's the worst thing. 5. No finishing to their work. Sorry to say I haven't found any pros.

I have an excellent experience with the salon team. They have done hair colour, which was the one I really meant... I am satisfied with the service they had povided to me. I really suggest polonia for the dream makeover...
