The Salon has changed its previous name ( GLAM Studios ) to Billionheads. It's on the top floor of Yash square building , Thottumugham on Aluva - Perumbavoor transport bus route ( Ernakulam) . I went for just 2 services for the hair. It was good. Cannot comment on overall quality until I take more services from them . The staff was polite. The salon is beautifully kept and spacious. Air conditioned and clean. The building has a parking space on the basement and lift facility is available.

Done cleanup and treading here, staff was in hurry doing the procedure and the next day pimples created in face and under eyebrows and now it's a week, pimples are still there. Not satisfied and not recommended anymore this place.

A total disaster i would say, got appointment for 3pm and reached 5min before time and waited for more than half an hour for nothing. Asked to wait for 5min and the wait went on.. took me for granted. Left without doing nothing #oombitharam

Worst experience ever.Done waxing and facial from there.The attending was in a hurry and started waxing and clean up together and the waxing was so painful than usual.Wax wasn't melted properly and she started using waxing stick on me and it was hell.I got folliculitis all over the waxed area and now I'm on dermat treatment. This is not my first waxing session ,I had done it from other salons.Never had reaction. Then the facial I don't know what she had done. After all the chaos she forced me to give 5 star rating before leaving the studio Another thing was they have different rate than what shown in their own website saying new rate wasn't updated on website NEVER GOING BACK,NOT RECOMMENDED
