I recently had the pleasure of getting my hair done at Toni & Guy, and I couldn't be more happy with the results. Salman's expertise and attention to detail were evident right from the start. He was very careful with my hair as it was very frizzy and becomes very painful if not handled gently. The highlights I requested for was well taken care of by him. I wanted red brown streaks but in a toned down look which he made possible. The end result exceeded my expectations, and I received numerous compliments on my new look. Salman, you did wonders ..!! Did hair colouring and haircut.. very happy with the results.. I wanted colour to be very subtle in which Anmol did a very good job and even guided me what will suit me better with his experience.

We had a very disappointing experience at this parlour. Before booking the appointment, we specifically inquired whether they provide baby hair-cutting services and received confirmation. Based on this, we visited the parlour. Upon arrival, we waited for about 15 minutes, which was completely understandable. However, when the staff finally attended to us, their attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. It's natural for a baby to move and cry during a haircut, which is why we had confirmed their expertise in handling such situations beforehand. Yet, as soon as our baby started fidgeting, the staff member simply stated that the baby was uncomfortable and abruptly walked away without any effort to continue or communicate properly. As customers, we expect basic courtesy and respect for our time. A more professional and considerate approach would have been appreciated. I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously to ensure no other customer has to go through a similar experience.
