I had a wonderful experience at Billion Head Salon! Special thanks to Saumya -- she was incredibly skilled, polite, and attentive. She listened carefully to what I wanted and did a fantastic job. The salon itself was clean and had a very comfortable vibe. Overall, the service was professional and satisfying. Would definitely recommend asking for Saumya if you visit!

I had a really disappointing experience at this salon. I went in for eyebrow threading, and not only was it unnecessarily painful, but the staff didn't follow my instructions at all. At no point did she check if I was satisfied or comfortable during the process. What shocked me even more was the lack of professionalism--she kept the scissors and other tools directly on my body without even asking. That's completely unacceptable and unhygienic. I had also planned to go for a regular facial, but she misled me into opting for an "advanced cleanup" and de-tan treatment that was expensive and didn't deliver any visible results. It felt more like an upsell than a genuine recommendation. While the interior and ambiance of the salon were actually quite good, the overall service was far from what one would expect at these prices. I definitely won't be returning or recommending this place.

Have visited a lot of saloons, but hands down, this one is the best so far. Not only in their service but the ambiance, care and personalised feedbacks they provide have helped me alot in terms of well-being of my skin and hair. I definitely had to recommend to my friends and no doubt they loved it. All that said, The flexibility in their pricing is really a good initiative which helps in catering people's needs according to their budget and request. I highly recommend to visit this place...... And incase if you are bored sitting there waiting for ur partner or someone to finish their service. Then definitely do try the special from shawarmashi right below. You wont regret;)
