We went to this location without an appointment because the phone call wasn't going through. If the owner simply mentioned that he has a "wedding grooming" session and asked us to return at a later time or the next day, I would have been fine. I understand people have schedules. However the guy was downright rude and kept saying this like we were ruining his day. All we did was to politely ask if we could return at a later time that day. A simple "no" would have sufficed. Bad attitude, bad customer service.

Swati is super friendly and very professional. She suggested alternatives and worked with us to arrange for schedule and required staff needed to support our need. She finished bridal and the bridal parties hair & make up on time and we were extremely satisfied with the results. Thank-you for the awesome job that day

I had experienced very bad behaviour from one of the staff who do threading in that parlour.im not sure about the name of that staff. Though I visited many times earlier for other requirements like facial and waxing I was quite impressed with the staffs behaviour. But this time I had experienced the worst and rude behaviour from the staff and lost the interest to visit the parlour again.Please give enough training to the staff to retain your customers.

One of the best parlors in town. They've got professional staffs and the products they use are very authentic. They have a lot of options when it comes to any skin or hair treatments. Highly recommend :)

My bridal makeup was very bad. Everyone who attended the function commented the same. Also the rate is not at all reasonable.

Customer service is really poor. The staff were fighting with eachother and the one attending to my need was really rude . Really bad customer service and their work wasn't the best for such a rude behaviour . Never coming back...
