Absolutely amazing experience with this place. It was my first time doing a hair cut and hair coloring at Naturals and they made sure I was comfortable throughout. The owner Bindu has her own skills and styling and the hair cut that she did was amazing. Their staff Ritu did my hair coloring. She also did an amazing job and the pics i post here will do the talking. Overall perfect experience. Highly recommended!!! :-)

Had long hair and got it cut by Sameer from Alkemie. They have changed their name from Naturals to Alkemie but service remains excellent and prices are the same too. Definitely recommend! Men! Get your hair cut by Sameer - he's got you

I called Naturals to book a haircut appointment and double-checked during the call if the slot was available. They confirmed it and booked the appointment. However, when I arrived at the location, the salon's actual name was different. I reached on time, but they asked me to wait for 10 minutes as they were attending to another customer. Despite waiting for 40 minutes, I was still not called in. Eventually, I had no choice but to cancel the appointment and leave. It was a disappointing experience, as they should have respected the customer's time.

First the photos of the salon is of naturals but it's another name not naturals.When you call and ask they say it's naturals, but when we go it's another salon. I coloured my hair due to greying till neck portion paying 2500. It only stayed for one month. If I pay this much amount it should remain atleast minimum for 3 months. Dear salon kindly don't fool the customers and make money. Bad experience . Geniune review.

Unprofessional service. This shop is a shame for the brand 'Naturals'. There is no receptionist/manager. I had booking at 1830hrs and there was no response from any of the team. And there comes a manager lady with zero courtesy. When asked about booking said you can wait and go after someone is completed. Stay Away from the shop.

Good and friendly service. Ms. Bindu was really helpful in suggesting good hair cut.

Really loved the service, everyone was very warm and welcoming and did a great job with my hair. Will definitely recommend!
