My fiance and I recently visited Tribe for pedicure, manicure, and detan treatments, and we had an amazing experience. The staff member, Kavitha, took care of all the procedures for both of us. Her expertise and attention to detail were truly impressive, as she ensured that each step was performed with precision and care. What made the experience even more delightful was her warm and engaging personality. Kavitha kept us entertained and comfortable throughout the session with her pleasant conversation and friendly demeanor. It was a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience, thanks to her exceptional service.

Me ,My daughter and my sister went to TRIBE FAMILY SALON for their hair cut and colouring. And i showed them some photos for their hair cut then they said ok we will do it. Then Rafi , Junaid and Ismile took the charge and started their work , they were absolutely fantastic and dedicated guys and thier work is so good and professional. These guys done their work beyond our expectations, and they made them a cool look and they liked it so much. I am quite happy with the Microderma facial done at Tribes Salon, Aluva Branch. Bilha is the technician who attended to me. She is a professional and was quite knowledgeable about the in depth details of the procedure, giving me step by step details about the procedure and advised me about the after care to ensure best results. Totally recommend this to anyone looking for a skin rejuvenation.

I had an upcoming function, so I went to Tribe for a facial. I initially wanted a Hydra Facial, but the staff recommended a Detan Facial instead. The service and ambiance were good at first, but unfortunately, the experience turned out to be extremely disappointing. The very next day after the facial, I noticed redness near my eyes, which worsened by the function day, making it look like a skin burn. The irritation lasted for days before my skin started peeling. When I informed the salon and sent photos of the reaction, they simply stated that I was the first to report such an issue. Despite following up, I received no response from their side. A professional salon should take customer concerns seriously, especially when it comes to skin treatments. The lack of responsibility and poor customer service were highly disappointing. I would never recommend this place to any of my friends or family.

I have done nanoplastia treatment at Tribe Unisex Salon in Aluva. Very much happy with the result..Mr. Anas has done the treatment. For the first time I am doing a hair treatment. He explained me the whole process and make me understand the process and after care tips. The results were amazing. I do loved the service provided by tribe family. Undoubtedly, it is one of the best services I ever had. The staff named Junaid was super friendly and his hair cut was super cool. Moreover, I got special friends as well. Cheers for making that day with some good memories. See you next year
