LABELLA LADIES BEAUTY SALON

I am extremely disappointed with the haircut I received from this salon. The stylist was distracted throughout the appointment, calling someone else while cutting my hair. To make matters worse, she didn't even wash my hair before starting the cut. After she started cutting my hair, she asked if I wanted to wash it, which was absurd since it was clearly oily from the start. You'd expect a professional stylist to notice that and wash it before cutting, not ask about it midway through the process. Afterwards, she claimed that my hair had too much oil to style properly. The final insult was the high price I paid for a below average haircut that didn't even include washing or styling. Needless to say, I will never be returning to this salon.
