I just visited the parlor for my 9 months baby hair cut.. I was expected a big task and crying time as she is little one and very naughty... But it was very quick and smart work.. she didn't even realised that what happening around her... That person who cut hair was very talented to take care kids and super expertised. Then I took spa for my hair... Anamika did that service she s like that much superb in hair spa and massage... It was so much relaxing and satisfying... Thank you so much Anamika... I would really appreciate the service and management.... Keep it great team work over there and keep up this quality service always. Thank you........

Went to Harris Loera Unisex Salon on 21-03-25 for a haircut for my kid with stylist Jishan. I was blown away by the exceptional service! He listened attentively to my requests and delivered a stunning haircut for her that exceeded my expectations. The salon's ambience was modern and clean, with a relaxing atmosphere. I live abroad and was here on vacation and had come to visit Fundor kids play area and noticed this salon...it looked very posh and well lit so was curious to try an hair cut and Hair Spa...Ambience is very good....but i was put off with the quality of staff in the premise none dressed or looked professional....not that I care about the attire..but for the money they charge for the head massage 1600 I expected a decent service...head massage was absolute scam...the stylist applied some cream, sprayed water and started scratching my head in the guise of cleaning scalp...overall it was terrible experience..lastly post the hair wash they applied some anti-dandruff liquid which literally gave me a burning sensation which lasted few hours...I have had few treatments before and never had this experience before...I am not shaming the salon but just sharing the terrible experience I faced not worth the money spent for haircut and head massage 1800 overall...I would have gotten much much better experience in other tier2 cities for the same money.

Complaint Against Receptionist (or a lady staff) I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the service I received from the receptionist at your establishment on [28/12/2024]. I visited your saloon to get a beard cut, but unfortunately, I was not allowed to do so. The receptionist was unhelpful and unfriendly, I was left feeling unwelcome and disrespected. I hope you will take my complaint seriously and take necessary actions to ensure that your staff provides better service to customers in the future.

I've visited Harris Loera twice - once for hair smoothening and once for a hair spa - and I couldn't be happier with the results. My hair is now shinier, softer, and feels amazing.
