All the times I visited Naturals , I always had amazing experience. I had my haircut last week with eyebrow threading..I don't know her name but she did what I exactly wanted when I provided her a picture.. Similarly I visited today for hair colour, Rizwan was the one who was assigned, he explained which colour will suit me and how to take care of it and how many streaks I have to get it looking good, I am extremely happy with service.

The best - The suggestions from the executives and the assurance is unmatched. Had so many confusions before cutting my long hair - Thomson my man cleared all my confusion, doubts and gave a proper guidance to what I have to do without neglecting my suggestions. Explained Everything to the detail along with -Why I have to cut -How to maintain the hair -How to style Everything is sorted here guys! Kudos to the team :)

Either keep people who can understand the language or help the customers talk to the barbers. Horrible experience. And not the first time. Most of the barbers don't understand Malayalam and only know one style - crop off the hair on the sides and refuse to cut hair on the top. This can be done with a 1000 Rs machine at home. We don't need to go to the barber for this.
