Disappointing Experience - Would Not Recommend I had booked Belleza a month in advance for my best friend's wedding, specifically for saree draping and hair styling services for two people. When I called to confirm the booking, I was assured that everything would be done by 10:30 AM as we needed to leave by then. I also clarified that our services would be done in parallel, and they agreed. We arrived at 8:50 AM after traveling a long way from Kochi to Changanassery, but the staff arrived late (after 9Am), and our services started after 9am. Despite having multiple rooms, we were placed in separate rooms, unable to see or support each other. My hair styling (open hair) went fine, but my friend's experience was horrendous. She had shared a hairstyle reference a month ago, but the final look was nowhere near the reference. It resembled an outdated hairstyle and was deeply disappointing. After applying setting spray and adding accessories, she was shown the result and was shocked. The salon was charging 500 extra for using the reference but we couldnt agree to it. They had to redo the hair after much back-and-forth. The saree draping was an even bigger disaster. Only one lady handled it for both of us, leading to significant delays. Mine was done in a room without a mirror, so I couldn't see it until it was too late. The saree was draped so poorly that my underskirt was visible, and a pin was placed at the bottom of my pleats, which looked terrible. My friend's saree was equally badly draped. Even after telling her to do the saree draping in a room with mirrors she didn't agree to it and did my friend's draping also from the same room. We were finally done by 11:10 AM, far beyond the agreed time. This delay caused us to miss reaching the church on time for a very important occasion. This was a completely unprofessional and disappointing experience. For the amount charged(2000Rs per person) , I expected much better service and attention to detail. I cannot recommend Belleza and would urge others to reconsider before booking. Editing since we cannot reply: Thank you for your response and for taking the matter seriously. I had an amazing experience getting soft layers with a blow-dry, and I couldn't be happier with the results! Mohan was incredibly skilled, listened to what I wanted, and gave my hair the perfect shape and movement. The blow-dry added such a beautiful finish, making my hair look voluminous and smooth. The salon atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and I truly felt pampered. Highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a professional and friendly hairdresser!"

I had an amazing experience at this unisex salon! I recently got a hair treatment done, and it turned out absolutely wonderful. MOHAN , the staff member who assisted me, was professional and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. The service was top-notch, and I could really see the difference in the quality of my hair after the treatment. Highly recommend this salon for their excellent service and skilled staff. Will definitely be returning!

I had a disappointing experience at this salon. While the eyebrow threading was well done, the waxing services were terrible. Both the underarm and upper lip waxing were too aggressive, leaving my skin torn and extremely irritated. It was painful, and I expected more care to be taken, especially in such sensitive areas. This was not a professional waxing experience, and I wouldn't recommend it for anyone with sensitive skin. I suggest thinking twice before getting waxing done here.

This salon is good for hair services. I did underarms waxing there. Totally burnt me during the service which I noticed afterwards. Stay away from them for waxing especially if you have sensitive skin-would never ever recommend this salon for waxing. The ladies here seems pretty useless-They charged Rs 250 for underarms waxing which is very high and the result? burned their customer. These people should be sued and made to go out of business for these unprofessional behaviour.

I'm thoroughly impressed with the manicure and pedicure services at Beleza Saloon! The staff were warm, welcoming, and skilled. They took their time to ensure every detail was perfect, and the end result was truly exceptional. My nails look and feel amazing, and I've already recommended Beleza Saloon to friends and family. Five stars isn't enough - I'd give them ten!

I did keratin treatment tdy . Completely satisfied with the service and specially the way they are handling the customer. . Mr Prem was my staff and he was very good in work and communication too .
