I had a disappointing experience at Hang Out Salon in Chengannur. Parking is the only good thing here but the service was poor, and the staff did not meet expectations in terms of professionalism and attention to detail. I expected a much better experience for the price, but unfortunately, it fell short. I wouldn't recommend this salon unless they improve their service quality.

Today i visited hangouts family saloon and it was my best experience ever. The best quality service ever i have received. I opted for a facial, hair cut and hair colouring, and the overall experience was truly satisfying.

I can say with satisfaction Hang Out Premium Salon is one of the most advanced salons in Kerala, Because in other famous salons (before starting to hang out) When I did the hair dandruff spa, there was just hand massage wash and there was no change,and im so irritated but I got the solution from the hangout Not only that, it's a cool atmosphere and very frndly customer services like a family also this is a multi-services firm including G Fit Gym, Takkus (Healthy) Restaurant and Hang Out Salon. 3 Problems 1 Solution. The salon uses advanced technology services the different types of premium facials are available hair spa, hair color, nail art, and especially there using products are premium rich creams and products and they all we need at a decent price The best customer service I have ever had is at Hang Out. The owner Amirtha Vyshak is amazing and very friendly She handles everything very well and feel like good frnd . she recognized my skin type and gave me a good premium facial and a great skin care to follow and that skin care is what I am following now. I recently visited hangout's in Mulakuzha, and I must say it was an excellent experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, making me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. They took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and gave great suggestions based on my preferences.

This is the worst place I have ever seen in my life. I had a very very bad experience with my hair smothning. I did my smoothening a week ago and after 3 days it started to bend automatically and they were blaming me that it's my fault. And my mum came to ask them regarding the service one of the staff member and I think it's the owner she was using very bad language towards customer. The customer service is very poor using very cheep launages. They only have nice good looking buldings but the behaviour and service was poor. Worst place.
