Upon inquiring about their services through phone, the receptionist displayed a lack of knowledge and professionalism. Not only did she fail to provide me with the details I needed, but she also responded with rudeness and a slight yell when I pressed for more information. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the salon's customer service standards. As a potential customer, I expected to be treated with respect and courtesy. Unfortunately, my encounter with the reception staff left me feeling discouraged and uninterested in returning to Saffron Beauty Parlour and Salon
