I had a very disappointing experience at this beauty parlour. I went in for a simple eyebrow service, but they ended up over-thinning my eyebrows and left me with uneven shapes on both sides. One eyebrow is visibly smaller than the other, and the peak was excessively thinned out, which completely ruined the natural shape. It feels like they didn't pay attention to detail or my preferences. I'm very upset with the result and would not recommend this parlour for eyebrow services.

Disappointing Experience at Rose Bella, Edakka I visited Rose Bella in Edakka for a keratin treatment from ear to ear, impressed by their eyebrow threading services. However, despite clearly communicating my requirements, the salon cheated me by applying a smoothening treatment with a local product instead. To make matters worse, after the treatment, I noticed that the hair on the side partition of my head was severely damaged, almost as if someone had cut it . This has left me unable to style my hair properly. This isn't an isolated incident. My friend also had a bad experience with a simple layer cut. They held her hair to upside , and chopped off the ends. This is not a layer cut, it's a hack job! I'm extremely disappointed with the service provided by Rose Bella. Their dishonesty, lack of professionalism, and incompetence have caused me and my friend significant distress. Important Tip: Always inspect the products before they are applied to your hair. Warning to others: Be cautious when visiting this salon. They may promise quality services, but deliver subpar results .
