Natural beauty parlour & bridal studio

Clean and well maintained parlour. But the services are not good. Charges are too expensive for a simple threading too. it was too painful and in my opinion the staffs are not professionals. And almost all the time when i visited there is no electricity and they have no other options to balance it

Very bad experience from the parlour and the agent Neethu. I booked an appointment for bridal package a week before and when I called on that day, they said that the shop is not open on sunday. They cancelled my appointment in the last minute. Very bad customer service. They could have informed me earlier, I'd lf so I would have made some other arrangements.

They are provide good customer service and my favorite is Hydrafacial because it gives good results and they are provide offer price so i was satisfied there service.

Cleanliness is fine but professionalism, punctuality is nil, had to wait a lot to dry hair after being washed for spa as they had only one blow dryer with them and the prices are very expensive compared to other good beauty parlour at town, but not about the price but also the quality of spa also doesn't match with the amount of money we give them. Customer service is also absolutely poor

i did bridal makeup and henna for my mehandi night from here and they ruined it completely with unproffessional henna work and prices are increased after the work without prior information very unsatisfied with the staffs
