Very bad service excessive price the staffs are very rushed I had high hopes for this salon, but my experience was awful. The stylist barely listened to what I wanted and rushed through the entire process. My haircut ended up uneven To top it off, they overcharged me compared to the normal price Definitely NOT worth the money.

Worst experience ever...I have done my facial there and I think the staff was a beginner her facial massage is fine but the other steps are very pathetic and not upto the service cost .

I am very disappointed with the hair smoothening treatment I received at your salon. The day after the treatment, my hair was damaged and not smooth, even though I followed all the given instructions. The staff were also rude and unprofessional when we convey the complaint . I am disappointed with both the treatment and the customer service. There is there is maam in front desk, she was very rude to customers. And before few months I went for hair cut it was good enough.

They destroyed my hair. They chopped off the length and made my hair look like broom. I asked to get a simple u cut. They couldn't even manage to not screw up that. When I said they had chopped off more than asked, the manager made it my mistake. Apparently I should've checked the back of my head while they were going crafting on my hair. Absolute worst experience. The A/C was also not working in this smouldering weather.

Never never go there. Products are expired, i saw one product expire date is 2024 june.. Very very very bad experience

I coloured my hair in 3 times and that colour is full of faded after 1 month

Costly and not at all good. I did cleanup here today and they did some little steps of cleanup.
