Excellent service by very talented staff. All the staff members are with very pleasing character and they uses good quality products. Its at metro Pillar no. 451 when you go to ERNAKULAM from Edapally signal or Lulu signal. Its just above nice diagnostic centre, Edapally bank junction.

One of the best beauty parlor in Edapally, have been to this parlor few times, they do fabulous job, very clean and well mannered staff, equiped with lots of dressing and facial equipments, no hesitation in recommending anyone for their personal makeup

They charged a lot more than what was initially told. The accessories used for hairstyling is usually included in the cost. But I was told I have to return the accessory later. And the styling was very bad. It didn't look like a professionally done. I could have personally done a better job than what I got. My mother's was better. I would never go back there again. Very disappointed. The hospitality was good though. The staff spoke well and treated well. The job done was bad and the cost was way too much for whatever they did.

I seriously have no clue why people rate it as best in town. I had a visit few weeks ago, and there were no customers at the time, still the guy was saying, I need to get an appointment. Seriously?? Do these people think they are running a Toni and Guy.

I really don't understand why people give 4 and 5 stars to this..I got a chance to visit the saloon last day , there were just 2 customers and the lady in the front desk told me that I need to take appointment for services. What is the purpose of appointment in a place where there is no much customers . The lady in the front desk is really over smart

The staffs make you feel special, It was so nice. I can say that I am very relaxed after an amazing massage. I will definitely be back. Thanks again..!
