Reemup salon and makeup studio

I recently got a haircut at Reemup family salon , and it was a great experience! The barber did an excellent job, giving me a clean and stylish cut just the way I wanted. The attention to detail was impressive, and the service was quick yet professional. I also got hair cut price 150 and a shave for 120. Both were done with precision, and the results were smooth and well-groomed. The pricing is reasonable for the quality of service provided. The salon was clean, the staff was friendly, and the overall atmosphere was comfortable. Definitely a place I'd visit again. Highly recommended!

Absolutely horrifying experience at Reemup Family Saloon, Edapally! My wife's foot was burned during a pedicure by an inexperienced staff member. To make matters worse, they had the audacity to charge us for their terrible mistake by offering a discount. What's even more shocking is that my wife informed the staff that the water was too hot, but they completely ignored her concerns, casually dismissing it as the "normal temperature" they use for pedicures. The staff member handling the session was clearly not familiar with the equipment and had to take help from another person. During this process, the hot water spilled on my wife's foot, causing a burn. When I asked for first aid, the staff stood clueless and admitted they didn't even have basic supplies on hand. In desperation, I asked them to apply some ointment to soothe the burn, but instead, they applied some gel, which made the situation worse. This level of negligence and unprofessionalism is unacceptable for any establishment, let alone a salon that claims to provide professional services. Their customer service was beyond appalling, with zero accountability or care shown for their mistakes. If negative ratings were possible, they would deserve a solid -5. Avoid this place at all costs!
