I got a facial done, and overall, it was a good experience with clean environment at a reasonable rate. The process was relaxing, leaving my skin feeling refreshed. However, the creams used had a strong fragrance, which was a bit overwhelming and caused slight discomfort. Apart from that, everything else was well-handled, and If they could use milder or fragrance-free products, it would make the experience even better. Would consider going back, but with a request for less scented products next time!

Hair cut @ affordable price, good experience

I got a botox treatment at the vytilla branch. The experience was extremely good. Good well mannered staff, calm ambience with professionals handling your hair with care. Will recommend this place to anyone looking for good beauty and hair treatment

Its really unfortunate that i had a really bad experience from SINIMA Saloon Vytila. It was my first time visit there for Men's haircut and it was truly unprofessional by the person who attended me. i have asked for someone who understands Malayalam, but no one were bothered to take my concern. the barber who attended did only speak Hindi and he didn't even know how to do slope on side hair after giving my own haircut references. after spending an hour and with frustration, i had to leave the place and visit another barber shop nearby to fix my hair. the place and ambience is good. 500Rs for haircut is not that cheap. but the service you get there is truly unprofessional. I feel devasted and writing this review because of that. will not recommend for Men's haircut.

Very good service and the salon itself has a very soothing atmosphere. I took a bridal package and every service was done with utmost dedication and professionalism by Ms.Digna. Only 1 thing i felt was I did a very basic trimming and it cost me 600 rs which is way too costly but all the other services were reasonable.

It was excellent service, Sarin was very gentle and soft, highly recommended and my permanent salon from now on. Thank you so much.

I had a bad experience at SINIMA Saloon, Vytila. I went for a men's haircut, but the barber was unprofessional and only spoke Hindi. He didn't understand the haircut I wanted, and after an hour of frustration, I had to leave and go to another salon to fix it. 500 for a haircut is expensive, especially for such poor service. I'm disappointed and wouldn't recommend this salon for men's haircuts.

I would totally recommend them .Their treatments and services are great and professional.Special mention to Jinoy for hair cutting and hair coloring he was professional and patient in doing everything and all the staff were also so polite. The main reason that attracted me was that, all of a sudden they won't ask us to do any thing they will clearly explains everything and if it's needed only they will ask us to do the treatment. None of the salons does that. Excellent customer service. Thanks to the team.
