I had took Bridal services and I'm extremely disappointed with the service delivered. The quality was far below what was promised and expected, and it clearly failed to meet even the basic requirements we expected. The staff were lazy, showing no initiative or responsibility in executing the agreed-upon requirements. Despite clear instructions and commitments, nothing was followed through with the seriousness or efficiency one would expect from a professional team.
