They don't want customers going back to them and do not want to maintain a customer relation. When you have a service business you should understand customers are your king. I called and asked for hair treatment and told I have shoulder length hair. They gave me a price then and I took an appointment and went in for the service. When they saw my hair length they said this is not shoulder length so the rate might vary. I told the stylist I like my end curls so do not apply cream at the end so that it looks natural for me, and the stylist agreed and only applied shoulder length cream. When I went for my payment they claimed that full length cream is applied and asked 1k extra than the usual price, and if I pay via gpay they have tax so it was 2k extra. They do not have a fixed price for their services and charge the they want. I was all vouching for this new place and I had sent many of my friends and relatives to this place. Sorry not anymore. When they do not want repeated loyal customers they be the same or else they would keep a fixed prices even if it's by cash or gpay. Will not recommend this place to anyone anymore.

I did a combo offer of haircut and head massage. Massage was fine bt they barely put oil it was a waste of money. Not satisfied with customer service Too bad had high expectations
