I had a truly horrible experience with the hair wash service. The lady who did my hair didn't wash it properly, and when I asked why she wasn't using conditioner, she seemed unaware that it was supposed to be used. Only after I questioned her did she finally apply it. Even after that, my hair was left sticky and rough. She didn't dry my hair at all--no blow-dry, nothing. And yet, the price was ridiculously high for such a poor service. Absolutely not worth the money. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone!
